Try Team for 14 days
How the 14-day Team trial works, who can start it, what it includes, and what happens when it ends. No card is needed.
The Team trial lets a Free workspace use the Team plan for 14 days. No credit card is needed, there is no automatic charge, and at the end the workspace returns to Free by itself.
Who can start it
- The workspace owner, from billing.
- One trial per workspace, for a Free workspace that has never had a paid subscription: "A Team trial is available once, to a Free workspace without a previous subscription."
Start it
On the pricing page, choose Try Team for 14 days, or in your workspace's billing, choose Start 14-day Team trial. No credit card is asked for. If the workspace has had a trial or a subscription before, billing says so and does not start one.
During the trial
- The workspace is on Team: seats for teammates, approval rules, handoffs and the team audit log. See Set up a team.
- Your existing Free allowance applies. The trial adds no extra included balance.
- Paid add-ons, such as extra seats or extra public apps, are unavailable until you choose a paid plan.
When it ends
After 14 days the workspace returns to Free automatically, with no automatic charge. Paid Team starts only if you choose it. "Your Team trial returns to Free automatically. Choose a paid plan after the trial ends; paid add-ons are unavailable during the trial."
To keep Team features, choose a paid plan in billing after the trial ends. Back on Free, the workspace has Free's limits again: see Plans, limits and usage.
