    Set up a team

Invite teammates to your ahel workspace, give each the right role, and share apps and keys without anyone seeing the values.

Use this to bring teammates into your workspace so their AI uses the same apps and keys as yours. Inviting needs the Launch or Team plan; on Free the workspace has one seat, and the team page says "Choose Launch or Team to invite teammates."

    Invite a teammate

    1. Open the team page in your workspace: Team, then Members (app.ahel.ai/app/settings/organization).
    2. Under Invite a teammate, enter their email address. Optionally choose a kit With kit: to give them a set of apps from the start.
    3. Press Send invite.

They get an email with a join link. The link is valid for 14 days, and it works only for the email address it was sent to. Resending the invite restarts the 14 days.

When they join, they connect their own AI with the same connector address. See Connect your AI.

If a teammate sees "This invite is no longer valid", send a new invite. If they see "This invite was sent to a different email address", they need to sign in to ahel with the invited address.

Each workspace has one owner. The owner can hand the role to another member and becomes a team lead.

Team15, with extra seats you can add from billing, up to 30 in all

A pending invite takes a seat. When all seats are used, the team page says so and points to billing. Past 30 seats, write to us: see Get help.

    Share apps and keys

Apps and keys are set up once for the whole workspace. An owner or team lead connects an app or saves its key, and every teammate's AI can use it. Nobody, including the owner, can read a saved key back. See Give an app a key with the vault.

    • Kits (Launch and Team) are named sets of apps you hand a teammate when you invite them.
    • Handoffs (Team) pass a session to a teammate's AI with the goal, the decisions and the next step. ahel records who sent it and when.
    • Team audit (Team) keeps a log of who did what in the workspace.
