Teams, approvals and billing · Explanation
Teams, approvals and billing
How the plans differ, what teammates share, how approvals work, and where billing lives in ahel.
ahel has three plans: Free, Launch and Team. Every plan gets the connector, Discover, the vault, confirm before every change, Activity receipts and Studio. The plans differ in how many people share a workspace, how many apps you can make public, and the controls a team needs.
| Plan | Who it is for | People |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Build your app and try it in Claude | 1 |
| Launch | Put one app in front of everyone | 3 |
| Team | Your company's apps, with the controls a team needs | 15, with more seats available |
Prices, what each plan includes and every limit are in Plans, limits and usage, read from the same table as the pricing page.
The guides
- Set up a team: invites, roles, seats, and sharing apps and keys.
- Set approval rules: calls that wait for an owner or team lead.
- Plans, limits and usage: prices, what counts, and what happens at each limit.
- Try Team for 14 days: the no-card Team trial.
What a team gets
- Shared apps and keys: an owner or team lead connects an app or saves its key once, and every teammate's AI can use it, without anyone seeing the values. Teammates come with Launch (3 seats) and Team (15).
- Kits (Launch and Team): sets of apps for new teammates.
- Approval rules (Team): calls that wait for a yes from an owner or team lead. See Set approval rules.
- Handoffs and the team audit log (Team).
People in a workspace have one of three roles: Owner, Team lead and Member. Owners and team leads manage apps, the vault and guardrails; members use what the workspace has set up.
Where billing lives
Plans are changed, and invoices found, on the billing page in your workspace: app.ahel.ai/billing. A change of plan is prorated. Only the owner manages billing.
App vendors bill you separately for their own services. Model costs are part of your AI tool's own plan, not ahel's.
